' Infested with roaches in the first room, quickly overlooked after I was told it was 'just guests. ' Plus, I expected at least the bare minimum of clean sheets, but brown stains were all over. If I had received an upgrade, I might've considered leaving a decent review, but clearly, I didn't.

The stay here was very nice for a Night. The staff was pleasant, helped with every request. The rooms were quiet, cheap with a queen bed, ideal for us.

Had really nice stay for a Night. The staffs were amicable & polite. Thoroughly enjoyed climate control and multi-channel television in the room. Private bathroom was good. Location: the hotel was just off downtown in about 10 minutes, Kokomo for easy access to work, and concert venue. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 10 mins walk from the venue.

Rooms had a pervasive cigarette smell that affected my sleep. Despite that, the staff was genuinely friendly and eager to assist with any questions. Proper maintenance is essential for a more pleasant experience in the future.

Where to start!!! Brown stains on sheets, filthy comforter, sticky stains on furniture, walls with outlets falling off, air conditioner with a loud roar, and smelly atmosphere throughout the hotel!!! It really needs some serious updates!!!

I stayed in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking for a night. It was honestly a mixed bag. The room was the least expensive option, but it had a strong odor. The front desk lady was really nice and seemed to keep things positive despite the place needing some TLC. Just wish the room was fresher and more comfortable.

The clean, modern look of the room reminded me of a cheerful sunny day, with wood floors that felt so fresh, unlike the dusty old carpets everywhere else. I felt comfortable and at ease .

Better soundproofing to reduce noise from neighbors.

The stay was better than expected. the room was clean, and the bedding was fresh. However, the shower curtain leaked water all over. Doubt I’d pick it again.

Honestly, I was surprised the room was clean except for a stain here and there on the curtains. The people at the front desk really did try to help us when we had issues, like getting the TV fixed. Though it was just lucky they managed to do that.

It was pricey when you consider the condition,, but I guess that's the gamble.

The convenient location close to restaurants along with the well-equipped queen room made our stay here very comfortable.
